Ted Majdosz is an activist and photographer who first got involved activist journalism shortly after moving to the Washington, DC in Spring 2011.
I was well aware that our government was training right-wing death squads from Latin America, so when I heard that School of the Americas Watch was having a protest, I grabbed my camera and joined the march. Somewhere along the way to the White House, I began to realize that I was part of something much larger than myself.
Today I get involved with everything from peace to the environment–and everything in-between. After all, what good is peace if you don’t have clean air and water?
